The 4 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape are situated on the plateau near La Crau. Vines are cultivades with passion and great respect for the soil, with a organic approach.
The maturation in aok casks begins as soon as the cool period arrives and lasts 8 to 12 months. During maturation, the wine is eventually racked. The wines are blended and bottled in spring. They are neither filtred nor fined.
